to my graphics is considered bandwidth theft and is illegal.
You may not alter my graphics in any way with the exception
of adding text to blank text buttons. Altering would consist of
resizing, cropping, changing the color, or changing the appearance
of my images in any way.
These graphics may not be "mixed and matched" they
must be used as they were intended, as sets. Please do not use
images from different sets on the same page.
My graphics may NOT be used in any online collections, CD ROM
collections, sold or redistributed in any way.
I do NOT grant permission for my graphics to be used on sites

profanity, hate material, including gender, sexual orientation,
ethnic, religious and/or racial slurs, child endangerment, and/or
threats to human life.

It is with great disappointment that I write these terms of
service but due to the rampant theft of bandwidth, original art
work and graphics over the Internet I feel it necessary to protect
myself and my creations by any means possible.
