To use these mats, save them to your Paintshop Pro Frames directory
and then select Image / Picture Frame. Then select Image / Picture Frame again
to add an outer frame. Open the Layers Palette, select inside of outer frame
with the magic wand. Selections, modify, contract 1 and add a drop shadow.
You can also add a drop shadow to the mat too!
If you want to change a vertical mat to a horizontal mat I have
found that it is better to open the pfr file in PSP, rotate it 90 degrees
and save it again rather than trying to apply it in its present state.
