To use these frames in PSP, download the pfr zip file and save
them to your Paintshop Pro Frames directory and then select Image
/ Picture Frame. Open the
Layers Palette,
select inside of frame with the magic wand. Selections, modify, contract
1 and add a drop shadow.
If you want to change a vertical frame to a horizontal frame
I have found that it is better to open the pfr file in PSP, rotate it 90 degrees
and save it again rather than trying to apply it in its present state. This
keeps the dimensions of the frame looking good!
Due to popular demand, I've also included the png file which
will open in most graphic software for those people who do not use PSP.

The file names now begin with Painted Pixels so you can easily identify
them.
